What would it be like if you truly knew that God and angels exist, and that they are with you, and call on you to help them help others? What would happen if you were convinced of a ‘bigger picture’ and that you played an important role in it?
Knowing this, how would you reconcile the love of God with personal experiences of violence, betrayal, abuse and discrimination from mankind? You may ask yourself the age-old question: Why does God let bad things happen to good people?
From childhood, Lisa searched for an answer. Even with spiritual insight beyond her years, she struggled to understand the contradictions, and was desperate to know how she would fit into a world that was sometimes cruel and often unaccepting. Lisa discovered who she was and her role in the spiritual realm.
Through illustration and humor her words soothe the souls of those struggling to overcome life’s hardships. She leads the way to the bigger picture, helping people gain new perspective, make better decisions and learn to heal through forgiveness and spiritual realization. Lisa also reminds us about the power of creativity and the roles of art, music and writing in healing.
Encouraged to put her experiences into a book, Lisa decided the time had finally come. “The worst they can do is call me crazy,” she says. Flashback Artist has already touched people in so many ways that she knows she’s made the right decision.
Lisa is currently living in Southern Oregon, writing her next book, creating an online art gallery and working on the Flashback Artist audio book. Music continues to be an important transformational tool for Lisa, and she is in the process of composing a theatrical soundtrack for the future Flashback Artist screenplay.
Before she turned sixteen, Lisa and her family moved more than 79 times. Disruptions to her life and education were extensive, but she manages to excel in whatever she puts her mind to. Having worked in over 30 occupations, she has more than once risen to the top alongside those with a formal education. Lisa is currently head of two departments for a major retailer. Her colleagues and employees say, “She’s the hardest working person we’ve ever met!”
Lisa’s hope is to become a full-time author, artist and musician. She would also like to pursue acting and perhaps host a television show where she investigates people’s experiences with angels, demons and possible cases of possession. |
